  • - Changes to sizes or personalisation may not be possible after the shop closes and production begins.
  • - There are no refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind or incorrect personalisation on pre-order products once production has begun.
  • - Products with a minimum order requirement will proceed only if the required quantity is reached. If the minimum is not reached, affected customers will be notified and refunded.
