- - Products are not held in stock. All items are made or decorated specifically for this pre-order.
- - Orders placed during the pre-order period will be combined and processed for production after the shop closes.
- - Delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by production schedules and freight.
- - If the shop closing date is extended, the estimated production and delivery dates will also be delayed.
- - The completed order will be delivered together to the nominated organiser or organisation for local distribution. **Orders will not be posted separately to individual customers.**
- - Customers are responsible for checking their garment sizes and personalisation details before placing their order.
- - Changes to sizes or personalisation may not be possible after the shop closes and production begins.
- - There are no refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind or incorrect personalisation on pre-order products once production has begun.
- - Products with a minimum order requirement will proceed only if the required quantity is reached. If the minimum is not reached, affected customers will be notified and refunded.
- - There is a 5% Handling fee for this order.
